EMCO Corporation is seeking a Showroom Consultant in Burlington, Canada, to assist customers with product selections and provide expert design advice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, preferably in plumbing or kitchen showrooms, and demonstrate strong relationship-building skills. This role offers great mentorship, competitive salary, and profit sharing, with a salary range of $45,000–$50,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in assessing needs and closing sales.
• Develop relationships with designers and architects.
• Provide accurate quotes and delivery dates.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues.
