Job summary

Norsat International Inc. seeks a Business Analyst to support Shopify-based ecommerce, marketing tech, and data-driven decisions. You will enhance the Shopify storefronts, implement custom features, and optimize performance while collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes data analysis using ERP/CRM data and Power BI dashboards, along with content creation using AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite. On-site in Canada with relocation supported where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in web management, digital marketing, or eCommerce operations.
• Portfolio share in your cover letter.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is an asset.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint preferred).
• Strong Shopify knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts, templates, and landing pages.
• Build custom functionality with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and apps.
• Optimize site performance, accessibility, and SEO; monitor analytics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams on web projects.
• Analyze ERP/CRM data to support marketing decisions; create Power BI dashboards.
• Manage product data, pricing, and catalog in business systems.
• Create marketing content using AI tools and edit with Adobe Creative Suite.
