Job summary

Your Technical Expertise

You will work on a variety of equipment, including:

  • Electric and internal combustion forklifts
  • Electric tractors/tuggers
  • Tow and transport vehicles
  • Other material handling equipment

You will be responsible for:

  • Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues.
  • Using specialized diagnostic tools, software, and technical manuals.
  • Reading and interpreting electrical and wiring schematics.
  • Performing high-quality repairs while adhering to safety standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We would like to meet individuals who:

  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a forklift mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, truck mechanic, automotive technician, or road vehicle mechanic.
  • Are known for their independence, resourcefulness, and organizational skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to responsibility and safety.

Experience with Toyota products is considered an asset.

Working Conditions

  • Good physical condition.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in environments where temperatures, noise levels, and conditions may vary.
