Job summary

Tommy Gun's Winnipeg is seeking a Shop Manager with barbering/hairstyling experience to lead our new location in Kildonan, Winnipeg. This full-time role focuses on delivering the Tommy Gun's experience to every guest while overseeing daily operations and staff coordination.

As part of our opening team, you will manage customer service, schedules, and merchandising with a hands-on attitude. Competitive hourly wage and opportunities for growth await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication to manage emails, calls, and queues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management and multitasking.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and inventory management (asset).
• Salon/barbershop/spa experience is a plus.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
