Job summary

LTL Group Ltd. is seeking a Shop Labourer in Ontario to support shop and field operations.

The role requires reliability, safety awareness, physical capability, and teamwork to assist with maintenance, material handling, and day-to-day shop tasks. You will help mechanics, keep the shop clean and organized, move materials, and assist with servicing equipment while following health and safety policies and reporting any hazards to supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid Class G driver's licence is required.
• Clean and acceptable driver's abstract is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics and shop staff with general maintenance and repair tasks.
• Clean, organize, and maintain the shop, yard, tools, and equipment.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, parts, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with servicing, greasing, fueling, and general maintenance of equipment.
• Perform general labour duties as assigned by the Shop Supervisor.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment as required.
• Pick up and deliver parts, materials, and supplies when required.
• Maintain accurate inventory of shop supplies and parts.
• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
