Job summary

Advantage Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Shop General Labour in Guelph, ON. The role involves maintaining rental equipment, performing regular inventory counts, and preparing items for the next rental. You will lift up to 50 lbs and use pressure washers and hand tools during basic upkeep.

The position requires basic math and written communication skills, safety footwear, and the ability to work independently to ensure timely completion of tasks. Training will be provided as needed.

Shift: 8:00 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday

We're looking for a knowledgeable person to join the back shop team for a future role. This hands‑on position involves performing basic inventory counts (requiring simple math skills), using standard hand tools, and working independently to prepare equipment for its next rental.
