The Job Resource Centre in Exshaw, AB is seeking a full-time Shop Hand/Painter to join our Production Crew. You will gain hands-on experience in timber preparation, equipment operation, and shop upkeep in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities include timber prep (sanding and staining), shop cleanliness, logistics support, warehouse organization, and quality checks. Training on CNC planers and other woodworking tools is provided.

• Shop Maintenance: ensuring the shop is consistently clean, organized and well-maintained
• Logistics Support: assisting with shipping and receiving by filling orders, loading/unloading trucks, and preparing packages for shipment
• Warehouse Organization: efficiently moving and organizing the product and pieces within the warehouse
• Equipment Operation: operating a variety of machinery and tools, including forklifts, CNC planers, and other woodworking equipment (training provided!)
• Quality Assurance: completing checklists to maintain our high standards.

We're seeking a motivated full-time, permanent Shop Hand/Painter to become an integral part of our Production Crew in Exshaw, AB (close to Canmore, Alberta). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on preparation of timber products, including operating machinery and equipment and facility maintenance in our warehouse.
