Job summary

Flynncompanies in Surrey, BC is seeking a reliable General Labourer / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This role covers material handling, order picking, packing, and operating Combi-Lift and forklift equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You will move materials, verify inventory, document processes, and uphold safety standards while performing general labour tasks. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with paid overtime opportunities and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Combi-Lift and forklift preferred.
• Valid forklift certification is an asset.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and order picking.

Responsibilities

• Operate Combi-Lift and forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pick-up and shipment
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and yard
• Verify inventory accuracy and complete required documentation

General Labourer / Forklift Operator

Location: Surrey, BC
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer / Forklift Operator to join our team. This position involves warehouse operations, material handling, order picking and packing, and operating both Combi-Lift and forklift equipment in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate Combi-Lift and forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pick-up and shipment
• Move materials throughout the warehouse and yard
• Verify inventory accuracy and complete required documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform general labour and warehouse duties as required
• Follow all company health and safety procedures

• Previous experience operating a Combi-Lift and forklift preferred
• Valid forklift certification is an asset
• Experience with order picking, packing, and warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labour throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
