Job description

Work primarily in the shop assisting the service manager with the day-to-day operations of the shop.

Train and oversee the development of new technicians.

Occasionally work onsite at client locations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure work areas are kept tidy and cleaned at the end of each workday. Report any deficiencies to the service manager.
• Maintain quality control over equipment in for service, focusing on turnaround times, attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation before returning equipment to customers.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and safety in the shop environment.

Working Conditions:

• Typically work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day.
• Occasional overtime may be required.

Employment Requirements:

• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• First Aid certification.
