Job summary

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: organize backroom product and BIMI processes
• Uses PDT and MMS systems for daily tasks
• Manage exit strategy and product returns as directed
• Expert in product inventory, placement and expiry dates
• Maintain store image and on-trend displays
• Ensure displays are consumer-focused and 'shoppable'
• Receiving: process merchandise per policies
• Keep backroom neat and organized per guidelines
• Document receiving and returns properly
• Support Front Store Manager in maintaining standards
• Customer service: greet and assist customers in aisles
• Maintain clean image per uniform policy
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Comply with store standards and loss prevention
• Perform other duties as required
