Job summary

Rocky Mountain Soap in Canmore, AB is hiring a Shipping Specialist for a seasonal role, Tue–Sat, 8:00am–4:00pm, starting October 2026 through December 31, 2026. You will pick, pack, and ship natural product orders and manage inventory.

The position requires physical ability (up to 50 lbs) and basic English communication. Benefits include product discounts and coaching support within a culture-focused team.

The position

The Shipping Specialist is responsible for picking and packing our amazing natural products and sending them out to our Rocky fans nationwide.

This is a seasonal position working Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am - 4:00pm at our Workshop in Canmore, Alberta. The target start date is October 2026, with an expected end date of December 31, 2026.

What you'll be doing

• Review orders received from our sales channels (E-Commerce, Retail, Strategic Partnerships)


• Pick product orders from inventory ensuring accuracy


• Pack orders according to Rocky standards


• Ship orders and process online via UPS/Canada Post


• Manage inventory control system


• Clean and maintain work station
