Rocky Mountain Soap Company is hiring a Shipping Specialist for our Canmore workshop. You will pick, pack, and ship orders nationwide, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining inventory control.

This full-time role runs five days a week, 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Physical work, a scented environment, and customer-channel order processing are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Intermediate written and spoken English.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail in packing and shipping.
• Capable of physical work, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Comfortable working in a highly scented environment.

Responsibilities

• Review orders from E-Commerce, Retail, and Partnerships.
• Pick product orders from inventory with accuracy.
• Pack orders according to Rocky standards.
• Ship orders and process online via UPS/Canada Post.
• Manage inventory control system.
• Clean and maintain the workstation.

The position

The Shipping Specialist is responsible for picking and packing our amazing natural products and sending them out to our Rocky fans nationwide.

This is a full-time permanent position working fivedays per week Monday through Saturday, from 8:00am - 4:00pm at our Workshop in Canmore, Alberta. The specific days worked will vary within this schedule.

What you'll be doing

• Review orders received from our sales channels (E-Commerce, Retail, Strategic Partnerships)


• Pick product orders from inventoryensuring accuracy


• Pack orders according to Rocky standards


• Ship ordersand process online via UPS/Canada Post


• Manage inventory control system


• Clean and maintain work station
