Job summary

Metrohm Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse operations in Mississauga, Ontario. You will ensure efficient receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of products while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting internal and external customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with ERP/MRP or barcode systems.

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Minimum one year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or related experience.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Responsibilities

Unpack, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
Identify and report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies.
Receive, verify, and release products into inventory.
Route incoming packages to the appropriate departments, including repair services.
Process and ship internal transfer requests.
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders to destinations across Canada and the U.S.
