YARMAND PartsBay is a family-owned business seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage the flow of incoming and outgoing parts and products at our Ottawa operation. You will handle order processing, inventory support, and clear communication with vendors and carriers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and seamless operations for our customers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized, reliable, and a solid team player.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience in order desk, shipping, or warehouse roles is an asset.
• Automotive or technical knowledge is helpful (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and pick products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Print shipping labels and arrange pickups with freight companies.
• Track orders, shipping costs, and delivery status.
• Organize and manage inventory levels.
• Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination.
• Fulfill customer orders from our e-commerce platform.
• Support the parts department for service jobs.
• Keep clear records of orders and shipments.

About The Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to manage the flow of incoming and outgoing parts and products. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers get what they need - on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

• Manage all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and pick products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Print shipping labels and arrange pickups with freight companies.
• Track orders, shipping costs, and delivery status.

Inventory & Support

• Organize and manage inventory levels.
• Assist with purchase orders and vendor coordination.
