Job summary

Inspiretci is seeking a detail-oriented QA/Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our Brampton warehouse team. You will manage incoming and outgoing shipments, verify product information, quantity and quality, and prepare items for shipment. The role requires forklift operation, strong QA documentation skills, and the ability to lift and move heavy packages.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA documentation, shipping, receiving, or warehouse distribution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to operate forklifts.

• Experience with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages.
• Must have a vehicle to drive to work.

Duties

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials - check received items by verifying product information, quantity, and quality
• Prepare items for shipment by verifying product information, quantity, and quality
• Operate forklift, an overhead crane, or other machinery to move materials within the warehouse
• Pick orders and pack them securely for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Assist in some shop preparation of project materials - should be a mechanically and/or electrically inclined worker with experience with basic hand and power tools

Requirements

• Experience in basic QA documentation, shipping, receiving, or warehouse distribution required
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to operate forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills - Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures through at least one year of previous experience
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages
• Must have a vehicle to drive themselves to and from work
