Job summary

Agropur in Bedford, NS is seeking a warehouse member to support shipping and receiving operations. Starting wage is $29.60 per hour with weekly pay, on-site parking, and equipment provided for a safe work environment. On-site role with room to grow in a dairy manufacturing setting.

The role covers picking, receiving, loading, replenishment, and related warehouse tasks, with emphasis on safe, GMP-compliant practices and inventory control. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have Air Brake Endorsement certification.
• Ability to lift and handle 50 pounds.
• Capable of working in a 0 to 4 degrees Celsius environment.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience is an asset.
• Must be able to obtain an air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping & receiving duties including the ability to pick, organize & pack jobs going out to the field.
• Warehouse functions include: Picking, Receiving, Loading, Replenishment, etc.
• Perform work activities safely and in accordance to good manufacturing practices.
• Monitor and report inventory losses
