Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec, is seeking a Storekeeper/Shipping/Receiving on a day shift for daily warehouse operations, including reception, distribution of parts, warehousing and shipment of products.

Data recording and inventory management are performed using SAP. Your responsibilities include issuing goods to the kitting department, maintaining transaction records, conducting inventory counts, handling hazardous materials, and ensuring safety PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as inventory clerk and inventory management an asset.
• Attention to details and precision.
• Forklift certification an asset.
• Results oriented.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team often very busy and in constant evolution.
• Ability to lift a maximum weight of 50 Lbs. (23 Kg).
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• French required, business communication in English both written and spoken is required in order to be able to communicate with carriers outside Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Issues goods as requested by the “kitting” department.
• Receives, record transactions and stores raw materials as required as per P7019.
• Maintains records of quantities received and disbursed of raw materials.
• Cleans, count and repackages assembly parts.
• Performs inventory counts.
• Receives, record transactions & packs and ships finished goods as required.
• Prepares shipment documents as required as per P7022.
• Receives and maintains records for returned goods as per P7035.
• Delivers lab supplies as requested by production.
• Handles and stores hazardous materials including chemical products.
• Wear the PPE according to the regulations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
