Job summary

PentaCast Inc in Strathroy, Ontario is seeking a reliable Shipper/Receiver/Labourer. This role blends shipping, receiving, inventory, and light computer work in a fast-paced facility.

You will prepare and ship orders, verify documents, maintain inventory records, and keep work areas organized. Prior shipping or warehouse experience is preferred; must be able to perform physical labour and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labour experience is an asset.
• Comfortable using a computer and entering information accurately.
• Able to read and understand packing slips, purchase orders, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to check parts against customer orders.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Comfortable performing physical labour and moving materials as required.
• Manufacturing or foundry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
• Organize and maintain the shipping, receiving, and storage areas
• Assist with general labour duties throughout the facility as required
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
