Job summary

ICS South Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Shipper/Receiver at our South Side location (5028 104 A ST NW, Edmonton, AB). The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, safe forklift operation, and accurate handling of invoices as part of daily warehouse duties.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with benefits including health coverage for full-time employees, a yearly bonus, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Two years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Two years in a customer-focused role preferred.
• Forklift experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty.
• Operate forklift to support daily warehouse operations.
• Review invoices and purchase requests for accuracy.
• Load, deliver, and unload products to clients in the city and surrounding areas.
• Maintain safe and efficient loading, packing, and shipping processes.
