Westlake Royal Building Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to ship and receive product, maintain an organized warehouse, and support accurate documentation of materials. You will interact with customers and drivers to deliver excellent service and safety-focused operations.

The role requires reliable, independent work, English communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. French is a plus; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and reliably.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
• French language ability is considered an asset.
• Basic mathematical skills are required for inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders and prepare transfers between branches.
• Provide excellent service to customers and truck drivers.
• Verify supplier packing slips and deliveries.
• Notify supervisor of shipment discrepancies or low stock.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
• Unload and load shipments using forklift or manually.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and assist with cycle counts.
