The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of shipping/receiving experience in fabrication or industrial settings, a valid forklift certificate, and an Alberta driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years shipping/receiving in fabrication or industrial setting.
• Valid forklift operator certificate and Alberta driver's license.
• Proficient with packing lists, bills of lading, and PO matching.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all Alberta weather.
• Sharp attention to detail and basic math; aptitude assessment included.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound materials against PO and packing lists.
• Inspect for damage, discrepancies, or missing certifications and flag issues.
• Store, label, and segregate materials by project, grade, and heat number to protect traceability.
• Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments — packing lists, bills of lading, carrier pickups.
• Operate a forklift and assist with crane/rigging under supervised certification.
• Keep receiving yard and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
