Job summary

ATS Traffic Regina is hiring a Shipper/Receiver to join our team. You will handle picking/packing, shipping to customers and other branches, and support production as needed. The role rewards accuracy, organization, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, full-time, on-site. A safety-conscious mindset and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential for daily duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol+Fit Test.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds as part of duties.
• Own vehicle to get to and from work is required.
• 1 year forklift experience required minimum.
• Shipping/receiving or traffic control experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Shipping orders to customers and other branches across Canada on-time and error-free.
• Prepare products for shipment and assist with order pickup and loading.
• Ensure proper packaging of products as required.
• Communicate with customers and carriers for shipments.
• Utilize safe packing methods, time management, and prioritization for orders.
• Provide assistance within production as needed.
• Maintain tidy workplace with lean initiatives and 6 Sigma.
• Work in the yard as required.

About the Position

ATS Traffic Regina is looking for ONE new Shipper/Receiver to join our team! This position will be responsible for picking/packing orders, along with shipping materials to our customer and other ATS Traffic branches as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for shipping orders to our customers on-time, error free. Duties include:

• Preparing products to be shipped to customers and other branches across Canada
• Assist incoming customers with order pickup and loading
• Ensure proper packaging of products as required
• Communicate with customers and various carriers
• Use knowledge of safe packing methods, time management, and prioritization skills for orders
• Provide assistance within the production department as required
• Ensure orders go to customers On-time, Error free
• Support a tidy workplace with 6 Sigma and LEAN initiatives
• Work in the yard as required

Qualifications

• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol+Fit Test, including lifting up to 50 pounds, is required. *As this is a safety sensitive position, there is a zero tolerance policy for the use of medical or recreational marijuana.
• Own vehicle to get to and from work is required. ATS Regina is not located on any public transportation routes.
• Previous shipping/receiving or traffic control experience is an asset.
• 1 year forklift experience required minimum. ATS Regina performs in house training, certification is an asset however will be conducted on site upon hire.
