Job summary

ATS Traffic is hiring a full-time Customer Service Professional (CSP) in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is the first contact for customers seeking equipment, handling calls, quotes, invoices and sales orders, while addressing customer concerns.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in customer service or sales, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, organized, problem-solving mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: accurately process quotes, sales orders and tickets in various systems.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls, greet walk-in customers.
• Handle inquiries for quotes, orders as well as customer concerns.
• Working closely with Account Managers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Take payment on cash sales.

About the Position

ATS Traffic is currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with retail customer service and/or sales background looking to work within a professional setting and someone eager to learn new skill's!

This position is the first point of contact for customers looking to acquire equipment from ATS. CSP will handle call s, quotes, invoices , and sales orders alongside customer concerns as well as taking orders via phone, email , and walk-in.
