TG Minto Corporation is seeking a Shipper to support warehouse distribution in a Just-in-time environment. The role involves unloading and loading shipments, maintaining accurate loading sequences, and completing shipping paperwork with drivers.

The position offers a straight shift on the Afternoon to Night window, with potential shift changes to accommodate production needs. Starting wages are $23.80/hour, with premiums and overtime as applicable.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required to handle counts, totals and shipments.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Must be able to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to follow all policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Unload product and empty returnables from trucks.
• Load trucks with product and empty returnables.
• Meet shipment window times.
• Verify correct product is loaded in the proper sequence.
• Complete shipping paperwork with drivers.
• Notify leader/tech or supervisor with loading concerns.
• Operate a lift truck safely.
• Lead 5S practices in the warehouse.
• Stage shipments based on customer requirements.
• Load/unload rollers and ropaks.
• Perform other duties as business needs require.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $23.80/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Unload product & empty returnables from trucks
• Load trucks with product and empty returnables
• Ability to meet shipment window times
• Verify correct product is loaded on truck in the proper sequence
• Complete shipping paperwork with drivers
• Notify leader tech or supervisor with any concerns when loading shipments
• Must be able to operate lift truck in a safe manner
• Lead and maintain 5S condition in the warehouse
• Stage shipments based on customer requirements
• Load / Unload rollers and ropaks
• Perform other duties as business needs require

Requirements

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Must have an excellent attendance record
• Must be able to work overtime when required
• Must have strong performance in current role
• Demonstrated ability to follow all policies and procedures
• Experience an asset, but not required
