Job summary

Toyoda Gosei Americas is seeking Production Team Members for TG Minto Corporation, located in Palmerston, Ontario. You will participate in a just-in-time production environment for high-quality parts, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe workspace, meeting hourly quotas, documenting production, and following all work instructions. Overtime kicks in after 40 hours, with shift premiums and a broad benefits program.

Compensation And Benefits

• Starting wages of $20.55/hr
• Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
• Company Performance Bonuses
• Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
• Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

Requirements
