Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide customer service in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Monitor site visitors, cameras, and alarm systems to ensure safety and access in accordance with site policies and procedures
• Respond professionally to site emergencies (alarms, medical emergencies, fires and other urgent matters)
• Prevent theft, violence or infraction of rules and regulations
• Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding activities, security violations, and hazardous occurrences on site
• Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team on behalf of the client
• Reporting to the Site Security Manager, supervise security staff members, deploy resources to meet operational demand, review reports, and provide coaching as necessary
• Oversee and facilitate initial and on-going site training of security staff members

Typical Job Duties

• Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environment

• A Valid Security license is considered an asset


• Must have a flexible schedule (days, evenings, nights, weekends) - maybe change this since its only days.


• Must be bondable

• Have reliable transportation
