Job summary

Peninsula Co-op is seeking two Shift Supervisors for its Grocery & Front-End department at the Saanichton location. This full-time role requires helping lead daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position offers a wage range of $19.94–$23.52 per hour, with a benefits package including health, dental, vision, pension matching, and education support.

Qualifications

• Available to work any day of the week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused.
• Confident and a reliable leader who can support the team.
• Can make decisions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and supports daily store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and safety procedures.
• Able to stand for long periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
