Peninsula Co-op is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Ironwood Fuel and Convenience Centre in Campbell River, BC. This part-time role offers 28–30 hours per week and a starting wage based on experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our IronwoodFuel and Convenience Centre located at 940 Ironwood Street,Campbell River BC. This is a part-time positionoffering approximately 28 – 30 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Available to work any day of the week, includingmornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
• Confident and a reliable leader who can supportthe team
• Can make decisions and stay organized in afast-paced environment
• Proactive and supports daily store operations,including stocking, merchandising, and safety procedures
• Able to stand for long periods and frequently liftup to 50 lbs

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead shifts and supports daily operations
• Coach and supports team members to help themsucceed in their roles
• Respond calmly to emergencies and helps maintain asafe environment
• Address performance and safety concerns whilecommunicating clearly with the team
• Confidently assist customers
• Follow all regulations regarding sellingage-restricted products
• Stock and merchandise shelves accurately
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
• Ensure products are well displayed and meetquality standards
• Safely and effectively operate required equipment
• Follow all safety procedures
