Job summary

KFC Canada (Yum! Brands Subsidiary) is seeking a restaurant supervisor to oversee staff in a fast-paced setting. You will train personnel, monitor food preparation, ensure quality standards, and handle customer concerns while maintaining stock and work schedules at a busy Canadian location.

The role requires 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service and a secondary school diploma or equivalent; evening, weekend, and overtime shifts may apply. Health benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Establish work schedules.
