Job description

We're looking for outgoing and energetic Shift Supervisors!

Shift Supervisors are a critical part of our restaurant leadership team. They work with restaurant management to provide direction and training on every shift to exceed customer expectations. As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist in executing daily operational activities.

The basic responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor include:

• Overseeing and managing a multi-million-dollar operation, delivering excellent customer service, and leading in a team-oriented environment.
• Being available to work all shifts—opening, midday, and closing.

General Responsibilities:

• Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures among crew members.
• Acting as Cash Manager when needed, including setting up cash registers at opening and verifying cash at closing.
• Performing walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open, close, and during rush hours.
• Collaborating with the Restaurant Management team to train, develop, and communicate effectively with crew members to maximize retention.
• Supervising, coordinating, and delegating operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies to "Delight Every Customer".
• Working with the management team to meet quality, production, and service standards and to create a safe, efficient, and professional environment.
• Assisting in maintaining proper staffing coverage through crew schedules to meet or exceed customer service standards.
• Partnering with management to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Following up on and resolving guest-related issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to motivate staff and work well with others.
• Previous food or customer service experience is an asset.
• Flexible availability.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take and give directions, work well in a team environment.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
