• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Provincial certifications for alcohol service are an asset.

Job Type: Part-Time

Wages: $26.36 per hour

Manages site activities on scheduled shifts. Develops and directs staff to achieve high performance and customer service; collaborates with staff to ensure property operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in staff activities, including Food and Beverage. Ensure safe work practices, coordinate break times, and monitor policy compliance.
• Develop and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service; address guest requests and concerns promptly.
• Implement promotions effectively and track key indicators of promotional events.
• Collaborate with team members and management for effective communication and feedback on operations.
• Report shift activities and complete required reports.
• Work with managers, staff, and external authorities to ensure smooth operations and investigate variances when needed.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Provincial certifications for alcohol service are an asset
• Good computer skills, including spreadsheets and word processing
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
