Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse in Guelph, Ontario, to join our home care team. The Nurse will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in clients’ homes, using clinical judgment to ensure safety and quality.

This role includes on-call rotation and possible weekend shifts, with supportive managers and modern communication tools. Applicants must be an RN in good standing, hold current CPR, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• RN must be registered with the provincial licensing body.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening.
• Vaccination requirements may apply per provincial regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in clients’ homes or care settings.
• Apply clinical judgment to meet patient care needs and preferences.
• Document care using provided mobile devices and systems.
• Participate in weekend and on-call rotation as required.
