Patates plus in Québec, QC is seeking a shift manager for a fast food restaurant on site. The role requires supervising and coordinating staff, ensuring food quality and service, training team members, and managing daily operations.
Applicants should have college-level education (1–2 years) and 3–5 years of experience; English or French language skills; mornings, days, evenings, and weekends availability; starting as soon as possible.
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Prepare and submit reports. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules.
