Subway Team Members works as part of the Subway team. The Shift Manager oversees guest experience, food preparation, cleanliness, inventory control, and staff scheduling, while ensuring equipment works properly and paperwork is completed.

Roles include cascading training, supervising Sandwich Artists, and maintaining high restaurant standards. Full-time and part-time shifts are offered, varying by location with benefits like parking and health options.

In addition to the role of a typical Sandwich Artist®, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists™ on existing and new responsibilities
• Scheduling and supervising staff
• Practicing inventory control standards
• Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift
• Completing paperwork as needed

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
