Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective in Banff, AB, is seeking a Shift Leader to support the GM and AGM in delivering smooth service. You will oversee FOH operations, liaise with front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and help set up for each shift.

Qualifications

• ProServe certification required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Flexible schedule is required.

• Previous serving and bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate restaurant service in support of the GM and AGM.
• Liaise with FOH and BOH teams.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints.
• Set up the restaurant for a successful service by managing all FOH staff.
