Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective invites you to join Pizzeria Sophia as an Expo/Food Runner in Banff. You will help present orders to guests and maintain a polished dining environment, while supporting bussing, glassware polishing, and other tasks as needed. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values teamwork.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth across 15 venues are offered, with benefits after six months.

Qualifications

• ProServe certification required or asset.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Schedule flexibility is important for shifts.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are presented properly and delivered promptly to guests.
• Assist with bussing tables, polishing glasses and cutlery, and other tasks as assigned.

Expo/Food Runner

Expo/Food runners are responsible for making sure orders are presented properly and in a timely manner to all guests. When you are not bussing tables you will be assisting with polishing glasses and cutlery, and other tasks as assigned. These roles require attention to detail, initiative, and a positive attitude.
