Overview

This role focuses on leading a high-performing team and delivering a world-class guest experience in a multi-million-dollar restaurant environment. You will attract, retain, and develop a team of 50-100 individuals, while driving personal and team growth and executing quarterly strategic planning with high standards in product, profit, environment and guest experience. You lead with warmth and care from the moment guests enter, delivering a seamless, personalized guest experience that is unmistakably JOEY. You provide leadership and professionalism, and you are unwavering in demanding and challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• As a Service Leader, contribute to the overall success of the restaurant and its people by leading, developing and guiding a large team, delivering quarterly strategic goals, and upholding high standards in product, profit, environment and guest experience.
• As a Guest Service Team Leader, create a world-class guest experience from entry through departure, delivering warmth, care and a highly orchestrated, personalized experience that reflects the JOEY brand.
