Shift Leader Responsibilities

• Supervise Crew members in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager, coaching and directing during shifts
• Train team members on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Open and/or close the restaurant
• Create and maintain exceptional guest experiences
• Contribute to achieving cost and profit goals

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: Certified on all EPL SPECS positions or at least 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; must pass EPL Food Safety Audit upon hire
• Skills: Excellent English communication skills; basic math and computer skills; strong customer service skills
• Food Safety: Serve Safe Certification required at hire or obtained upon hiring
