Job summary

Overlanders Manufacturing in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team. This full-time role inspects machined and sheet metal components, maintains QC records, and supports CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires 3–5 years in quality control in manufacturing, GD&T knowledge, ability to read drawings, and a valid driver's license for occasional travel between company locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment (sheet metal).
• 3–5 years’ fabrication/machining experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform first article, in process and final inspection on machined and sheet metal components.
• Maintain quality control records for measuring equipment.
• Perform calibration and verification activities for inspection equipment.
• Identify non-conforming products and report findings to the appropriate supervisor.
• Support CAPA and NCR processes and documentation.
