Training Program Overview
Our intensive 3-week training program is designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in Aerospace Sheet Metal Manufacturing. Participants will receive hands-on training, learn from industry experts, and gain practical experience in a simulated manufacturing environment.
Upon successful completion of the program
Graduates of the 3-week academy will have the necessary knowledge and skills to begin their progression as a Sheetmetal Mechanic.

Paid Training :
Receive a competitive rate during your training program. The academy training program will begin on July 21 , 2025 , and runs Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm – 3:00am. Once you have successfully completed the training, you will be moved to a position within the Sheet Metal department.
Dive into a well-rounded curriculum covering manufacturing techniques, sheet metal processes, and industry-specific technologies.
Hands-on Experience :
Gain practical skills through immersive, hands-on activities in a state-of-the-art training facility.
Expert Instruction :
Specialized training from subject matter experts in forming, heat treating, deburring, welding, hand-work, rolling, CNC brake forming and CNC routing.
