The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing, designing, architecting, developing, and implementing custom business solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, and M365, with a focus on deploying solutions that meet organizational needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage, configure, and maintain SharePoint Farms, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform.
2. Analyze, architect, and develop new M365 Online SharePoint sites and supporting applications using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent).
3. Lead end-to-end migration projects for SharePoint environments (on-premise to cloud), ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
4. Meet with the client’s IT project team upon contract award to discuss deliverables.
5. Organize and attend meetings with clients, including status meetings and developer scrums, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Deep understanding of SharePoint/M365 architecture, workflows, and integration with other Microsoft services, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure applications.
2. Experience leading end-to-end migrations of SharePoint environments with diverse content structures, permissions, and business processes.
3. Collaboration with infrastructure teams to optimize SharePoint farm configurations and enhance system performance.
4. Familiarity with Pointfire (on-premise and online), Gimmal Records Management, Nintex Workflow and Forms, Project Server 2016, and Hare Point Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, Azure Fundamental, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate are a plus.
2. Degree in computer science or equivalent.
