Job summary

A technology firm in Toronto is looking for a Salesforce Developer with over 3 years of experience, particularly in service cloud projects using an agile framework. This 6+ month contract role requires strong skills in Salesforce development, including Community Portals and Chatter. Ideal candidates should possess relevant certifications (DEV 401, DEV 501) and be flexible to work under tight deadlines. Open to Canadian and US citizens with TN visa eligibility.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of development experience in Salesforce.
• Worked on at least 2 service cloud projects on agile framework.

• Familiarity with knowledge management, communities, Chatter, and Salesforce1 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of an Outcome Development SCRUM team.
• Contribute to Salesforce implementations and service cloud projects under agile timelines.
• Work with deployment tools and version control to manage releases.

• Chatter
• Should have:
• Should have more than 3 years of development experience in salesforce.
• Should have worked on at least 2 service cloud projects on agile framework
• Good to have experience on knowledge management, communities, Chatter and salesforce1
• Good to have experience on different deployment tools and versioning management.
• Should have DEV 401 certification and good to have DEV 501 certification
• Should have a good team player and flexible to work in aggressive timelines
