As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing front-line leadership in the day-to-day operations of a designated production team. You will serve as the backbone of the manufacturing process, offering guidance and coaching to team members to foster success, maintain peak operational efficiency, and drive production metrics forward.
This Plant Supervisor role is designed for a self-directed professional who can confidently manage inventory, oversee site safety surveillance, and participate in capital improvement projects alongside the Plant Manager.
