The College of Arts and Science and the Gwenna Moss Centre for Teaching and Learning invite applications for an Out-of-Scope Sessional Lecturer to teach the following community-based courses during the following session(s):

2025-2026 Regular Session

Course Number, Section, and Name: INTS 100.3 (E53) Strategies for Academic Success

Term and Course Dates: Term 1 (September 1 to December 31, 2025)

CRN: 91865

Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as a Lecture (Live in-person on Big River First Nation).

Course Schedule: Actual days/times to be determined in consultation with the successful applicant at the discretion of program. Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; no evenings or weekends without special permission.

Expected Enrollment Limit: 35

Location: Big River First Nation (approx. 2hrs N of Saskatoon, SK )

Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline and and/or possession of relevant teaching or professional experience. Applicants must possess knowledge and understanding of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit culture as well as the socio-economic and pedagogical factors associated with teaching this body of students.

A valid driver’s license is required for any off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
