About The Job

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Services Co-Ordinator to join our team. This field-based role involves travel across our Harvey Norman locations. Reporting to the Services & Marketing Manager (SMM) of the computers division, you will support store teams, drive service performance, deliver training and coaching, and ensure effective communication between stores and head office. Your role is vital in providing first-class training and support to ensure smooth departmental operations.

You will represent the services team in-store, identify sales opportunities, ensure compliance, and implement initiatives supporting our training and service strategies. Administrative duties, system management, and content development will also be part of your responsibilities. Regular interaction with global brands such as Apple, Samsung, HP, Microsoft, and Google will be part of your role.

This position is crucial for supporting the SMM in handling queries from suppliers, service providers, and stores efficiently. You will need to use tools like Excel, SAP, and internal support systems. The role is fast-paced, requiring excellent prioritization skills.

Your Tasks Will Include

  • Represent the Services team across Harvey Norman stores, providing in-person support and guidance.
  • Deliver in-store training and coaching to managers and sales teams to drive sales and engagement.
  • Identify sales opportunities to support Lovetech growth.
  • Conduct store-level audits, including GDPR compliance checks and case reviews, providing performance feedback.
  • Manage training content on our e-learning platform MyPerformance.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and suggest training content improvements.
  • Manage user access and permissions across internal systems.
  • Support store teams in implementing service initiatives and marketing strategies.
  • Respond promptly to queries from stores, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks like pricing updates and report generation using Excel, SAP, and internal systems.
  • Contribute to maintaining the aftersales SOP database and provide feedback on procedures.
  • Handle service management tasks, including pricing and market analysis.
  • Manage external and internal communications.
  • Support events and projects.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by the Services & Marketing Manager and team.
  • Assist with daily administrative operations of the Computer Department Head Office.

Your Profile : Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident working with in-store teams and head office.
  • Ability to work independently on the road and manage your own time.
  • Strong PC skills, especially in Excel.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and adaptable, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Retail, services, or marketing experience is desirable.
  • Experience with training delivery and e-learning systems is an advantage.
  • Full driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
  • SAP experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
