Bell is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect for Strategic Portfolio Management to set the target-state architecture, define the roadmap and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
You will partner with the ServiceNow CoE, Product Owner and business leaders to translate strategy into executable architecture and governance.
This role requires 10+ years in ServiceNow and enterprise architecture, strong leadership, and a track record delivering complex, compliant SPM initiatives.
The Senior ServiceNow Architect – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is a senior enterprise architecture role accountable for the end-to-end technical direction, solution integrity and evolution of ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
The role defines target-state architecture, translates business and portfolio strategy into scalable platform solutions, and provides architectural oversight across the solution lifecycle. It emphasizes maximizing out-of-the-box SPM capabilities, maintaining platform integrity, enabling enterprise integration and minimizing unnecessary customization and technical debt.
The successful candidate will combine deep ServiceNow platform and SPM expertise with strong enterprise architecture, governance and technical leadership capabilities. They will partner with the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence, Product Owner, business leaders, Enterprise Architecture, security, data and delivery teams to establish architectural direction, guide complex initiatives and ensure solutions are secure, resilient, maintainable and aligned with enterprise standards.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
