Job summary

NewRocket is hiring an IRM/GRC ServiceNow Solution Architect for the Security, Risk & Resilience team. You will design, deliver, and deploy IRM/GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform, oversee development efforts on large-scale projects, and ensure high customer satisfaction through strong guidance and execution.

The role emphasizes developing and deploying IRM/GRC solutions on ServiceNow, integrating with REST/SOAP, and using Integration Hub to build dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in professional services, GRC and/or ServiceNow.
• Experience with ITSM, GRC and security systems integrations and implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of Security and GRC technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer).
• Ability to develop overall architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope or complex projects.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple implementation methodologies/SDLC.
• Exposure to ServiceNow ATF, testing, test plans or regression testing.
• University degree or college diploma in CS/IT/Software Development or related field.

Responsibilities

We are hiring an IRM/GRC ServiceNow Solution Architect, for our Security, Risk & Resilience team. The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, delivering, and deploying technical solutions to customers and overseeing the efforts of other development team members in large scale projects. The Solution Architect is accountable for their personal utilization and responsible for their interactions with a customer resulting in a high customer satisfaction rating.

The focus of this role is developing and deploying IRM/GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform. ServiceNow is an enterprise class leader in the IRM/GRC space and NewRocket’s is a premier specialist ServiceNow partner.

The Role

• You will be a part of the Security, Risk & Resiliency team to help design, build and maintain solutions for our clients on the ServiceNow GRC platform
• Assist with proposal development, scoping engagements and driving solutions in an advisory capacity for enterprise level GRC projects
• Experience with integrations that specialize in automation of continuous monitoring solutions
• Ability to develop roadmaps for broad or complex implementation projects
• Participate on project teams that define, design, and develop IRM/GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform based on requirements gathered from various clients
• Configure and code solutions for clients IRM GRC solutions
• Prepare Requirement, Design, or Test Plan documents as part of the project
• Help define and estimate sprints for Agile projects
• Provide guidance and instruction on showing end users how to use the solution that has been built for them
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills as part of designing and developing IRM/GRC solutions
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with different systems working with REST/SOAP and using Integration Hub to build reports and dashboards using performance analytics application
• Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices
• Provide architecture and technical direction for design and implementation
• Provide technical guidance, direction, and oversight to project team members
• Lead sprints to build, review and refine use case functionalityConduct training and knowledge transfer
• Develop training and knowledge transfer documentation

What You Bring Along

• 5-7 years’ experience working in professional services, GRC and/or ServiceNow
• Experience with ITSM, GRC and security systems integrations and implementations
• Advance knowledge and experience with Security and GRC technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer)
• Ability to develop overall architecture and implementation plans for broad-scope or complex projects
• Demonstrated experience with multiple implementation methodologies/SDLC
• Exposure to ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), testing software, developing test plans, or regression testing
• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or other degree / diploma related to software programming or coding, or equivalent experience
