Job summary

The successful candidate will develop reporting solutions and dashboards to provide actionable insights for internal operations and external clients. Candidates must have a strong background in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and hands-on development experience. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $60,800 – $76,000 CAD and is eligible for an annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow standard reporting and dashboarding.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions.
• Build and manage dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure data accuracy.
