Typical Day

You will engage in activities from project kick-offs, design workshops, requirement meetings, writing test scripts, demos, sprint planning, and more. Expect a collaborative, agile, team environment. You will also complete and maintain ServiceNow product certifications through our training programs.

Candidate Profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Proven track record in delivering solutions to complex business problems
• At least 3 years of configuration/development or functional experience, including ServiceNow
• Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience developing workshop presentations and process documentation (Visio, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience in client-facing roles with technical and functional stakeholders
• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture (web services, data access, client/server)
• Experience designing, testing, deploying ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs
• Facilitate workshops and train clients on ServiceNow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior consulting experience is an asset
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and CIS certifications preferred
• ITIL 4 certification is a plus

Location-specific Requirement

For positions based in Quebec, bilingualism in French and English is required due to client and project interactions.

Compensation & Rewards
