CAAT Pension Plan in Toronto is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for the IT team. You will integrate, maintain, configure, and develop the ServiceNow environments and support daily operations of the platform.
The role requires hands-on development, incident handling, and collaboration with process owners to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and SOA concepts. Familiarity with ITIL and modern project methods is valued.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer for our Information Technology team. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Business Applications you will integrate, maintain, configure, and develop the ServiceNow environments as well as explore opportunities to grow and improve ServiceNow across CAAT. You will support the daily operations of the platform through incident, change, enhancements, and service requests and support the analysis, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform.
The target hiring salary for this position is $96,800 to $113,800. Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
